[Sca-cooks] 'lambs-ears' in medieval cooking?

Lamb's ear is not the same thing as lamb's quarters.  Muddying the waters
further, some people call the herb mullein by the name lamb's ear also, since
mullein is likewise fuzzy.  Here's a good web page about lamb's ear herb:
