Oooo! That would be so cool!  Each kingdom could do their own "tourney" and
the top cooks could  duke it out at Pennsic!  What a great idea!

Now, would their be volunteers from the various kingdoms to run an event ?
I'm thinking each kingdom could run it as they wanted, and we would post the
policy and procedure for the Pennsic cook-off this spring.

I'm in Atlantia - I wonder if I could work with the "Trial by Fire" autocrat
to use their event to determine our "best"?  Hmmm, I'll have to find out who
is the autocrat for 2002.  If that won't work, I can always set up a
competition at (maybe) Sapphire Joust or something.
