[Sca-cooks] red tower feast?

I believe it is going to be a sort of Mongolian BBQ/Stir-fry affair.  Large, 34" woks fired up and cooking whatever is brought to the wok from thge prep table by the diners.  Quite like BlackStar's "7 Woks No Waiting" night at Pennsic.  Pretty diner friendly in terms of food sensitivities and allergies.
