Only if there is somebody watching the prep table to make sure that serving
utensils and stuff don't get mixed up, and if they have a way to totally
clean a wok, or keep one that only gets things with mushrooms, one for
onions, etc.  It makes it easy to choose the things you want, but cooking on
the same wok for someone who is allergic to mushrooms, when the previous
person's dish had mushrooms, would be a big problem.
