If Vicente is talking about the Grant of Arms, they do exist in the
East, but are rare compared to awards and patents of arms, and almost
never are given to any but territorial or court barons, as far as I know.

But that's okay, 'cause Baron Tibor, holder of a GoA, says they ain't
period ;  ) Of course, he also says this about patents of arms, so go
figure.
