[Sca-cooks] garam marsala

Note that it is Garam Masala, *not* garam marsala.  Marsala is a fortified
wine from Italy.

It is correct that it's a mixture of spice, just like curry powder is a
mixture of spice.  There are no exact mix, as they vary region by region,
village by village, family by family.

And for the life of me, I can't remember what all usualy goes into it.  I'm
suffering from a big Doh factor lately.
