Heh. The gods don't mind if you put down aluminum foil or a cookie sheet
to catch the boilover. ;-)

And when you make marzipan you must spill a small amount of powdered
sugar on the floor while you are mixing. It doesn't come out quite right
if you don't. Or so Mom says, and she learned from her father, who was a
professional baker. So it must be true. ;-)
