[Sca-cooks] Pudding moving from beginning to end of meal

In the past, you would serve the filling, starchy food first (just as we are advised to save the more delicate items for the second course) to fill people up.  Hence the comment (or proverb?) "You come in pudding time", meaning, in good time, at the beginning of the meal.

PS--just got some more "Tender Meat" and "Guter Spise"--Finally!  First shipment got caught in the anthrax scare, or was eaten by a Great White Shark....
