Phillistine!  Beetroot belongs on burgers like ... well, like vanilla
belongs in icecream.

I am having real trouble comprehending how it could be a hamburger with the
lot without fried egg (and beetroot).

I wouldn't say "overhard", but usually the yolk is broken and the egg is not
very liquid at all (in my experience, at any rate).

Which matches the beetroot stains on one's white shirt.  Seems right to me!
