While looking for nougat recipes, I came
across this interesting site on honey.

Honey paste for dressing wounds, Sugar substitution,
Fruit marmalade, Honey jelly, Syrups, Rose honey,
Caramels, Nougat and torrone, Honey gums, Gingerbread
and Marzipan.
