Purslane isn't something i've found in my local and excellent produce market. And i don't have access to land to grow my own. A Lebanese website i was visiting says: "The peppery purslane has grown for centuries in the Middle East." Would watercress make a reasonable substitute? If not, can someone suggest something else?
