I was cleaning out some files and even though this isn;t period, it was too
strange not to send to THIS list.

guacamole ice-cream:
2 avocados
2 cloves of garlic
juice of 1/2 lemon
hot sauce to taste
salt to taste
1 cup whipped cream
Cilantro - optional

Peel avocados and puree flesh with garlic nd lemon juice
Add hot sauce and salt, then foled in the whipped cream. Add chopped cilantro
if wishing to include it (Mexican style).
Place in ice cream maker . or freezer container
Once frozen - in preparation to serving - pre-scoop small round scoops and
place them on a flat tray and keep in freezer. Thus when soup is ladeled, you
can float a small ball of ice cream in the center, keeping soup hot, and
guacamole still frozen when getting to table.
