Good basic stuff, yet documentably Spanish:

Olives
Roast chicken with parsley sauce
Bread
figs poached in wine
meat pies
pasties of Swiss chard, parsley, and fresh cheese
Rice with meat broth
cheesecake
Roast lamb with almedroch (roast garlic, cooked egg yolks, cheese and olive
oil, beaten into a sort of mayonnaise)
Mushrooms

All this is off the top of my head; I can find more if you want.
