Hmmm, i'm' not sure if B&N carries "Medieval Arab Cookery" published
by Prospect Books, but i am absolutely certain they can order it for
you. If you don't already have it, it is definitely worth the money.
While it is mostly about Medieval Arab cook books, cooking, and food,
there are essays that delve into the interrelations of Medieval
Arabic and European cuisine - if you aren't interested in absolutely
delicious Medieval Arab food...
