This is sort of Jewish Biscotti.  My favorite of all those type recipes.  Can
you use this?

MONDELBRÖT

3 eggs          3 3/4 C flour
1 C sugar           2 tsp baking powder
1 C oil         salt
1 tsp vanilla           chocolate chips

Beat the eggs
Add the sugar
Add oil, vanilla & dry ingredients
Add chocolate chips
With oil on your hands, make 4 loaves & place on cookie sheet.
Bake @350 for ½ hour or until lightlu brown
Slice & return to the oven to brown on both sides.
