Nope.  One alphabet or other such writing mode into another.  English being
wacky and wild, there are frequently more than one way to transliterate a
word from another alphabet in English.  This is why there are about 50
different ways to spell Momar Kadafi and why the People's Republic of China
designated an official "pinyin" [literally "spell sound"] romanization
guidelines, used by the UN for years.
