Yes absolutely.  That is, if you're thinking of the stuff you buy at the
store...

What we're talking about here is *home made* mayonaise.  The real
stuff.  The *good* stuff.  Some day, I'll have to cook you fries with
mayonaise, like they do it back at my grandma's place, Belgium.

Me, it's mayonaise, or a good red wine vinegar :-)
