What about some dishes that use oranges and lemons?
Also you can take oranges and decorate them
by carving lines into them and removing the
peel in designs like the sun, the stars etc.
Then you let them dry.

Yellow--- why not
SAFFRON Rice; maybe a saffron cake or saffron bread;
some of the egg yolk candies might be good too...
or raisins that get dried in the sun...

Good basic stuff, yet documentably Spanish:
Olives;Roast chicken with parsley sauce;
Bread;figs poached in wine; meat pies;
pasties of Swiss chard, parsley, and fresh cheese;
Rice with meat broth;cheesecake
Roast lamb with almedroch (roast garlic, cooked egg yolks, cheese and
olive oil, beaten into a sort of mayonnaise)
Mushrooms
All this is off the top of my head; I can find more if you want.
