Re: headcheese conversation
My grandmother's recipe died last year when she passed. I did find out my
friendly butcher usually has pig heads. They cost $6.50 apiece. Stefan, I'm
sure your mouth is already watering over the idea of fresh headcheese at
Pennsic!
