Anisette is a liquer (sp?) made with anise seeds. I also picked up an
almond liquer. I'm going to use the almond stuff the first time, but I also
am going to try the anise/anisette combo. I'll report back later today with
my results.  After hitting the liquor store and grocery store for
ingredients I didn't have on hand, I was too tired to make the biscotti
last night.
