3 liters. A one-liter bottle of the same oil is somewhat more than 1/3

If you remember any of the movie "E.T.", somebody in the background is,
at some point early in the movie, ordering a pizza by phone, and
somebody else cautions them to leave off the hairy fishes. The image has
stuck in my mind for the past 20 years or so...
