I have a recipe for a Parfait amour knockoff that I haven't tried yet. If you
want to give it a try, it only takes 2 weeks to age.

1 1/2 tsp lemon extract
1/4 tsp orange extract
1 3"piece vanilla bean or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 to 6 flower petals, rose, pansy or violet
3 1/2 cups vodka
1/2 cup brandy
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cups water
1 tsp glycerine
3 drops red food coloring
1 drop blue food coloring

Combine the extracts, vanilla bean, flower petals, vodka and brandy in a 1 1/2
quart or larger aging container. Cap and let age for 2 weeks in a cool dark
place. Strain liqueur through a wire mesh strainer. Clean out aging
container. Return liqueur to container. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and
water. Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat, stirring contantly until
sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool. When cool, add sugar-water to
liqueur, stirring to combine. Add glycerine and food coloring if desired.
Let stand 24 hours before serving.

I didn't come across any versions of the others you mentioned in my books, but
they do sound intriguing..
