My contributions are scaled down in size foods. Gingered cheesecake in mini-muffin tin sized bites. Spinach tarts the same. etc. I've found a number of recipes which can be adapted for finger foods if you scale the size, and/or provide toothpicks. At least the recipes/flavors/textures are a good attempt at period foods. Kateryn de Develyn
