We used to get them from the rotisserie chicken place, where they found lots 
when they were preparing the chickens for the spits.  They were a special 
treat when cooked in the pot roast gravy along with the regular meat and 
veggies.  They had a slightly rubbery, chewy texture that was very pleasant, 
and the flavor was excellent.
