SC - Food History article by Charles Perry

[Susan Fox-Davis]

It was the cover story of the Food section.  Several of my friends phoned me to
make sure I'd seen it.  Isn't it great when your friends really know what you
like?  The article was all right, but I think anyone on this list could have
made better book recommendations at the end.
