Oh how I know that feeling. I do almost nothing but Middle Eastern, and I
have a variety of delights I am always hoping to try. However every feast I
am asked to do, and even those I do on my own, I always seem to end up doing
those things I know everyone loves, or that have won awards in the past. If
you find a way out of this rut, let me know how to do it. :)
