SC -veal longings

    At my first dive into Head Cook last year,  I was presented with a whole
"ox tail" that was  huge!!   Kinda taken me by surprise,  me being used to
cute little slices of bone from the butcher.
But to have VEAL!!  I'm jealous  :(

    Caointiarn  (living in Moo-ntana,  where there's nary a veal in
ight  -- and the butcher just looks at you funny when you ask when it's
available )
