I agree. However, the  CORRECTION of much of that misinformation appears 
decidedly quickly as opposed to printed works having their  errors removed 
and reissued. The perpetuation of the rotten meat/over spiced myth by a very 
large percentage modern food 'experts', writers and supposedly 'trained' 
chefs is an example.
