If you have a credit card (and you obviously have internet access, if you
are reading this mailing list), you do a web search and find a Canadian
book dealer that sells the book, and have them ship it to you.  I had just
found ONE used copy somewhere, so I'll be sharing it with the Calafian
Cook's Guild.

All in all though, I'd really rather go to Pennsic. *sigh* But, that's not
on my list of possibilities for a few years.
