and no matter which one I've just made, I now crave the other one.

Bonne---who has actually stood in the kitchen pondering which way to go on
this, and ended up making up creme brulee flan.  Yep, two, two, two, layers
of caramel in one delicious dessert. It takes a lot of custard to balance
that much sugar, use big custard cups, make a meal of it!
