[Sca-cooks] Measurement query for European members

Never said it wasnt easy, just agreed it was a pain. I much prefer
metric even though I am old enough to have grown up with imperial first
off (Im Canadian). I will admit though to many pieces of paper taped up
to the insides of my cupboards detailing substitutions/equivalents/etc.
I hate it when recipes call for, say, 3 tsps of something when it just
would've been easier to say 1 tbsp. Anybody know if there is a logical
reason for this?
