A dish made of many things, perhaps left-overs, and often including
eggs. Quelquechoses may include meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, herbs,
spices, and more.

A quelquechose as per the recipe below (but minus the pigs petitoes) is
one of my favourite things to cook when at camping events. I usually
use eggs, cream, currants, spinach, whatever other herbs I can find, and
a good dose of poudre fort unless I'm feeling enthusiastic enough to do
cinnamon/cloves/mace/ginger separately (which involves grinding some of
them, so I only bother about half the time).

The dish comes out most closely resembling scrambled eggs, and tastes
great. And your vegetarian friends will love you for it if you do it
without meat.
