There are dry tsp/tbsp measurements ...
cocoa powder, my keto-cocoa beverage mix [I refuse to call it hot
cocoa!] and sugar, flour, spices [like the infampous 1/4 tsp of
ground cloves that does not transpose up into 1 tsp for a
quadrouple batch of cookies!]

Look at any recipe calling for dry powdered spices!
