[Sca-cooks] Pennsic fantasies

Tell me about it.

We have a professional bus driver in our local group,
who has offered to rent one of his own companies buses
and drive to Estrella War, a mere 8 hours drive away,
and got few responses.

But I said it was a fantasy.  I was thinking of
contacting that hippy bus company that I read about in
the newspaper a couple of years ago, where the
passengers and their destinations determine the route
and the cost is very, very low.  And then rent a big
U-Haul or Ryder truck to follow with the gear.
Everyone with a valid driver's license would have to
take a turn driving.  Something like that.  With seven
people, I would rent a seven passenger van instead.
