combining a few threads...... and realizing that my brain has been going a
bit screwy lately..... too much time on my hands...
I've done some experimenting with making cheese this past year.... and
seeing some of the posts on Pennsic milk... and its chocolate version.
Would it be possible to make an edible cheese by using chocolate milk?
Could you get something like an flavored cream cheese?
