Ahh Liadan, one of my fave buttons. Having done Ingredient Lists (and
distributed to the tables complete with the menu and a bried history
lesson) for over 6 years, I do not list the commercial ingredients found
on the box. I do, however, comment on things like msg (I never use it
nor buy anything with it in it), animal products, etc. For example, I
will list the ingredient like: "commercial vegetable broth (no msg, low
sodium)".

Btw, you can get vegetable/pork/chicken/beef stock "powder" in most bulk
or health food stores. I don't like those little cubes.
