I have several (ok, lots) of canisters of CountryTime fruit/lemonade mix
that is colored with beet extract. They've since changed the formula to
use regular red dye #40, so I'm hoarding. [Mine! Mine! All mine!] At least
one of the Celestial Seasonings throat drops formulas uses elderberry
extract, and something else I recently read the label of uses cochineal
(yes, the bug dye) extract.
