[Sca-cooks] Pennsic food

Canning meat, according to USDA guidelines, requires a pressure canner.
Mis-canning meat can do some awful things to you.  There is a web-site for
the USDA that outlines their canning standards that I will post as soon as I
find it again. :) (New computer unfortunately = lost bookmarks)  And
Liadan - you're not a worry wart.......
