I like commercial marzipan well enough -- it just isn't suited to this
particular dish.  Normally, I do make my own marzipan for the peach pits,
but I wanted to see how the commercial stuff would work.



Brighid ni Chiarain, currently boiling down peach puree to make
"meat".
