Sweetener is always available: at the coffee dispenser. Because of course
you have to have coffee.

Actually, the water at this site is very good.

They always have a choice. They can drink coffee. They can also make their
own orangeade by squeezing the quartered oranges into their water.

Right now, what I am planning on offering is:
Water
Gatorade (blech. But it's a fighting event, you gotta have it.)
Ginger drink (with sugar)
Sekanjabin
Lemon aid.

Mint iced tea may be offered, in which case it won't be sweetened, but as
I have only 3 committed helpers i'm not holding my breath.

If it will make you happy, tho', I will put up a sign with directions for
making your own orangeade. Of course if they want to put sweetener in it
they will have to go inside to the coffee area and get Sweet'n'Low there.

In addition to the above, the following things will be made available:
Hard Boiled Eggs
Cheese
Plain Bread
Cheese Bread
3 sorts of melon
grapes
oranges
Apples/pears and whatever stone fruit is available
pickles & olives
hard pretzels
cucumbers, carrots & celery (with olive oil, vinegar and salt for the
veggies if I remember!)
Fruit and Nut mix (if I can find it at Sam's)

for on the bread:
herb butter and/or herbed cream cheese
green sauce with garlic
honey butter
Roast garlic
