Greetings from Johnnae llyn Lewis.

Found a dealer. You might e-mail them directly and ask about
the Boston ivy //japanese creeper which they list on the same page
as the Virginia Creeper...
Virginia Creeper, American Ivy, Wild Woodbine (Parthenocissus
tricuspidata) is easily propagated from seed offered by the
GreenDealer Exotic Seeds.

Boston Ivy, Japanese Ivy,Parthenocissus tricuspidata is listed as:

"Parthenocissus tricuspidata commonly known as Boston Ivy or Japanese
Ivy.
Another high climbing vine with very
dense foliage and three-parted glossy green leaves
that turn orange to scarlet in autumn. It clings to brick walls, trees
and any
other supports. Winter hardy in Zones 5-8."

Nothing said about eating it.

It's at this website.

Noble Cousins!

Greetings from Solveig! This is likely to be the correct plant,
although it may still be the wrong one.

>A website says "Japanese Creeper" and "Boston Ivy". However, you should
>_check_ if this _is_ actually the plant that is meant in your source.

What I need to know is:

1) Are the leaves and stems edible?
2) Is the fruit edible?
3) What do they taste like?
4) If they are edible, where I can I obtain them for culinary use?

Thank you for your help.
