Okay, if you were going to make some hot chicken wings and were to
limit yourself to ingredients known in Europe prior to 1490, what
would you do?

I recently bought as a remainder a book that is strictly a bunch of
chicken wing recipes, from the original Buffalo-style wings to a
wide, wide variety of others. So apparently these can be done in
a number of tastes. What can the folks on this list come up with?

This is in no way meant to be a medieval dish, just made with
apices/items they would have had available to them.
