Thank God!  I've finally met another believer!  <snip> Waitaminute...do
you eat the whole thing cold, or heat it up?  I eat mine cold, and
spread the gravy with a knife.

  Cold, of course, with jellied cranberry sauce.
  But the stuffing has to be made with LOTS of butter so its stiff
enough to slice. Gravy on the bread, sauce between the layers.
