Why don't you combine these monographs into a nice, fat, solid book on
Japanese food and culture, and perhaps do a self-publish with Xlibris or
another publisher?  There's NOTHING available at a decent price, and lots of
people interested, in SCA and even outside.  [The advantage of Xlibris and
produce-on-demand is that you don't have to store the boxes of books in the
front room/hall/bathroom/underbed...]
