[Sca-cooks] lombard powder

Hello again,

Thanks very very much to Ly Brighid for the recipe for Duke's Powder.  Does
anyone have a recipe for Lombard Powder, the other one I need for the text I
am working on?  I realise that there are probably many people over the
centuries who have wanted/tried to crush the Lombards, but presumably this
_isn't_ how the powder is made...
