[Sca-cooks] Dish for Angels

Hi all.  Well, I tried my first go at redacting the dish for angels.  It was
kinda funny.  Here I was looking in my Joy of Cooking for measurement
equivalents for stuff!  What a hoot - no wonder I did it kinda wrong.  It
was very good to taste but folks didn't like the texture and it was a little
soupy.  I shall give it another couple of goes before I get it right.  I do
think that trying another type of cheese instead of riccotta may help also.
Since it didn't turn out too well I won't bother to post my recipe amounts.
