I don't personally think so, but then many women in period were escorted and
represented in court by their fathers or especially their husbands.  If a
married woman was in trouble, she and her husband were both called in, but if
the husband alone was in trouble, he was called in alone.  Women who "waged
their law" alone were usually either widows or independently employed women
prior to their marriages.  (Reference: The Ties That Bound, by Barbara
Hainawalt, and a couple of other books about village life in which much of
the information was taken from court rolls.  I can't remember the titles at
the moment, but could look them up if asked.)
This information applies specifically to England from about 1300 on, and to
manorial judicial courts as opposed to royal "showing off" kind of courts.
