[Sca-cooks] Which is which?

I believe that semolina is a kind of wheat flour and polenta is made from corn,
though I seem to recall a recent message that indicated that it could be made
from other things.  However, one makes more of a mush-type thing (polenta),
whereas the semolina can be used as any flour is used...for instance, you could
use it to make pasta.
