[Sca-cooks] Old?

Really simply--I don't. I really can't--besides the mood issues, I'm not
really safe in the kitchen when there are too many people around to cause
distractions. When there are too many things going on I get very confused
and then I get very irritable, which is not a good situation when there
are sharp implements about.

I am terrible at knowing when I need to sit down and rest, because half
the time I don't get useful signals until I needed to do that an hour ago,
and then things get ugly. Heck, I still can't tell when I've had the helm
on too long, let alone long enough, until it's become way too long.

So I do little things like weekend meal plans for 6, or lunch for 100, or
whatever. But probably never a full feast. It would be ugly.
