The summer project is to get my class notes together for Pennsic: a survey
class on Chinese cookery (sung-yuan dynasties) (Tues 8/14, 9-10 am, AS 8 and
Fri 8/17, 11-noon, AS 1).

I have my class notes from the last 10 years of Oriental cookery research and
I'd need to update with Soup for the Qan and other sources. :)
